As far as Obama, you've already proved your a moron (see above), now you prove an inability to apply what I posted to your Obama smokescreen. Obviously presidential libraries are vetted and go through the proper protocols that allow them to display items that are deemed unclassified.

The presidents don't just abscond with top secret materials and lock them up in their wives clothing rooms to use however they want and refuse to return them when the National Archives demanded them.
Again, for the known slow crowd. Sitting presidents do have wide powers to declassify documents, but they are supposed to go through a detailed procedure to do so.
