American Academy of Pediatrics breaks with White House over school re-openings
The American Academy of Pediatrics on Friday flipped its position on reopening schools in the fall, distancing itself from the Trump administration, which cited the organization's initial stance in order to bolster its push to reopen all K-12 brick and mortar schools.
"Returning to school is important for the healthy development and well-being of children, but we must pursue re-opening in a way that is safe for all students, teachers and staff," the AAP said in a statement. "Science should drive decision-making on safely reopening schools."
The AAP added that public health agencies "must make recommendations based on evidence, not politics" and said "schools in areas with high levels of COVID-19 community spread should not be compelled to reopen against the judgment of local experts.
"We should leave it to health experts to tell us when the time is best to open up school buildings, and listen to educators and administrators to shape how we do it," the AAP said.

I just don't get the wingnut logic. We're in a pandemic, there should be no arguement there with all the deaths and 49 states reporting record cases of the virus.
Yet the wingnuts think it a political plot to take down dear leader even though the disease is worldwide.
Is this what it feels like to live in a non sequiter?
If you don't want to wear a mask to keep your germs from spreading to the rest of us, stay home you asswipe. If you don't want to wear a mask to send a message to the virus, then your stupidity is beyond the pale. Hint, the virus doesn't care.

Id explain probabilities, ratios and percentages to you which would get you partially there but they're math and scientific discussions and since you don't believe in basic math and science, it's most likely a hopeless exercise.
Furthermore, the pre-requisite to all that hinges on understanding there is a pandemic virus sweeping the world in the first place so there's that basic fact you have obviously failed to grasp. You can't fix stupid.
