Before ‘takedown’ of General Flynn, he was planning to audit John Brennan for running billions ‘off the books’www.lifezette.com/2020/06/before-takedown-of-general-flynn-he-was-planning-to-audit-john-brennan-for-running-billions-off-the-books/Sidney Powell, attorney for retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, said her client, in his duties as the White House national security adviser, was prepared to “audit” the U.S. intelligence community.“He was going to audit the intel agencies because he knew about the billions Brennan and company were running off the books,” Powell said, referring to former CIA Director John Brennan. And there you have it. The criminals in the Obama administration targeted Flynn (and Trump) because they knew what would happen if they didn't.
Nothing can stop what's coming.

www.scribd.com/document/458158482/SUPPLEMENT-TO-MR-FLYNN-S-MOTION-TO-DISMISS-FOR-EGREGIOUS-GOVERNMENT-MISCONDUCT?campaign=SkimbitLtd&ad_group=94434X1548854X4f28f332e2e31774b577b2f77c36bb54&keyword=660149026&source=hp_affiliate&medium=affiliateOn January 29, 2020, Michael T. Flynn (“Mr. Flynn”) submitted his Motion to Dismiss for Egregious Government Misconduct and in the Interest of Justice. ECF No. 162. Mr. Flynn now files this brief Supplement to his Motion to Dismiss for Government Misconduct. This afternoon, the government produced to Mr. Flynn stunning Brady evidence that proves Mr. Flynn’s allegations of having been deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI. It also defeats any argument that the interview of Mr. Flynn on January 24, 2017 was material to any “investigation.” The government has deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of this prosecution—knowing there was no crime by Mr. Flynn. In addition, Mr. Flynn’s counsel has found further evidence of misconduct by Mr. VanGrack specifically. Not only did he make baseless threats to indict Michael G. Flynn, he made aside deal not to prosecute Michael G. Flynn as a material term of the plea agreement, but he required that it be kept secret between himself and the Covington attorneys expressly to avoid the requirement of Giglio v. United States.
Since August 2016 at the latest, partisan FBI and DOJ leaders conspired to destroy Mr.Flynn. These documents show in their own handwriting and emails that they intended either to create an offense they could prosecute or at least get him fired. Then came the incredible malfeasance of Mr. Van Grack’s and the SCO’s prosecution despite their knowledge there was no crime by Mr. Flynn. All this new evidence, and the government has advised there is more to come, proves that the crimes were committed by the FBI officials and then the prosecutors. The government’s misconduct in this case is beyond shocking and reprehensible. It mandates dismissal. Furthermore, this Court should order the government immediately to provide the defense with underacted copies of the documents in Exhibit 3, filed under seal. Those documents we refiled under seal solely in an abundance of caution because the government produced them under the protective order, and we request that they be unsealed. Consequently, Mr. Flynn is filing Exhibit 3 to this Supplement contemporaneously and asks that the Court promptly unseal the document. This case is a shameful blight on the American justice system. “The first duties of the officers of the law are to prevent, not to punish crime. It is not their duty to incite to and create crime for the sole purpose of prosecuting and punishing it. . . t is unconscionable, contrary to public policy, and to the established law of the land to punish a man for the commission of an offense of the like of which he had never been guilty, either in thought or in deed, and evidently never would have been guilty of if the officers of the law had not inspired, incited, persuaded, and lured him to attempt to commit it."

You know you're beaten down when all you can muster before the big blue tsunami is one last defiant middle finger. Then it suddenly gets peaceful.

You know you're beaten down when all you can muster before the big blue tsunami is one last defiant middle finger. Then it suddenly gets peaceful. I just get sick of that PoS slandering an American Hero. Not to worry, indictments are coming that will make Mueller's lame indictments look that the pathetic political overreach that they were.

Hillary not convicted of doing anything wrong they want to Lock Her Up! Flynn admits to doing wrong and he's considered a hero. It's good he never spent anytime in the Hanoi Hilton being tortured while standing behind his men and country, then he'd be considered a loser.

We know that Flynn didn't talk about sanctions with the Russian ambassador. The conversation was recorded. Flynn asked the Russians not to overreact.
We know that there was a meeting at the White House the included the President himself wherein Joe Biden (who has claimed to not know anything about this) brought up the possibility of using the Logan Act against Flynn.
We know that at that same meeting the President asked that "the right people" be put on the case.
We know that at that same meeting Jim Comey said that Flynn's conversations with the Russian ambassador "appeared legit."
We know that the President had an animus against General Flynn for speaking out against the Iran deal.
We know that Flynn didn't lie to FBI agents Strozk and Pienkta. We have their notes from the interview saying that they didn't believe that Flynn was lying.
We know that the DOJ officials in charge of this case hid exculpatory evidence from the Court and Flynn's lawyers.
We know that the Mueller team lawyers threatened Flynn with going after his son so that he would plead guilty to a charge that he was not guilty of.
We know that Flynn's original representation had a conflict of interest.
We know that the actions of Judge Sullivan are extraordinary and almost unheard of.
We know that the DOJ has every right under the Constitution to end the prosecution of a case in which they believe that the target is being unjustly prosecuted.

I'm curious, if the traitor Flynn didn't lie about his contacts with the Russians then why did the Doddering Dotard fire him? I mean it's a pretty low bar to be in this administration, heck the bar is set all the way at the bottom of the fetid cesspool he created and perpetuates, so why would the Doddering Dotard fire someone for not doing what they are accused of?
Was it professional jealousy, the Doddering Dotard just can't have anyone who isn't a liar and a cheat in his admin?
Rephrase this without slurs and I'll give it a real answer.
