In fact "fact checker," the president didn't mention "Russia-related crimes," only crimes committed by Democrats.
Since the full accounting of the latter is still out (presumably the Durham investigation will clear that up) this can't be labeled false. We do know that FBI (and Democrat) operative Kevin Clinesmith fraudulently altered evidence that was presented to the FISA court for which he was convicted and received a slap on the wrist for.
Since we know that Trump never fraudulently altered any evidence I would have to label this one TRUE.
