Trump was way too aggressive last night. He will dial it back for the next one though, I'm sure (if there is a next one, that is) They both interrupted one another throughout, but Wallace only scolded Trump about it, which was revealing He gave Trump the opportunity to renounce right wing violence, but didn't give Biden the same opportunity to renounce Antifa or BLM Wallace also repeated the Charlotteville lie Not an easy debate to moderate, but Chris Wallace did a crap job IMO Yup. And Wallace is supposed to be the best of the bunch tabbed to moderate the debates.

Yeah, the moderator for the second debate will be a guy named Steve Scully who once worked as an intern for Joe Biden and as a staff assistant for Ted Kennedy.
So no personal or partisan bias there, right?

Hi, Robin
I actually saw the fiasco at the end as it was happening last night
It was a "Steve Harvey at the Miss Universe pageant" type moment
Very embarrassing
I can't really blame Tyra for it; she was only reading what was in front of her
But a screw up like this never happened when Tom was hosting. Or at least I can't remember one anyway
I miss the fun, chill vibe he brought to the show too, don't you?
I even miss Erin and her interviews from the balcony
Btw I notice Skai received 28 points, which means at least one judge gave her a 10. Did you see her performance? Who gave her the 10? First of the season
And, yes, it wouldn't surprise me if Tyra is on something (not diet pills though)

It was Carrie Ann that gave Skai the 10 abc.com/shows/dancing-with-the-stars/news/dwts-results-and-eliminations/dancing-with-the-stars-2020-results-week-4-top-13This week was an emotional one for Skai and pro partner Alan Bersten as she dedicated their foxtrot to her late friend and "Jessie" co-star Cameron Boyce. It was a beautiful, graceful, elegant ballroom performance that Carrie Ann called "sheer perfection." SCORES: 10 (Carrie Ann) / 9 (Derek) / 9 (Bruno) – 28 TOTAL I miss Tom and Erin, also I miss the live audience. It's weird with the prerecorded cheers/applause and empty seats. I miss the troupe dance numbers. The show is very lackluster this way, almost depressing. Tyra's wardrobe? At one point I thought she had a bedspread wrapped around herself. Yes, I noticed the weight issue too, lol.

Thanks, Robin
I had a buffering issue with the video but was able to watch the whole performance
It was good, but was it worthy of the first 10 of the season? Hmmm. I dunno about that
I watched Kaitlyn's performance too and liked it better actually
Hard to believe Tyra was once a famous swimsuit and underwear model, huh?
That was 10,000 all-you-can-eat buffet ago though
Hips don't lie
Forgot about the dance troupe dancers, but, yeah, they're not part of this season either
Depressing

Artem has never finished higher than 6th place. This time for once he has a good partner though (Kaitlyn). Would be nice if he finally wins it
So I'm rooting for Artem, Robin!
America and the judges got it right again last night. They're batting .1000 so far this season. Jesse had to go

I agree. Did you know that Carrie Ann dated Artem a while back. heavy.com/entertainment/dancing-with-the-stars/carrie-ann-inaba-artem-chigvintsev-dated/Inaba confirmed that the two broke up in 2009. In an interview with People, she revealed, “I’m single. Artem and I broke up in the beginning of November.” Continuing, she added that “As much as our relationship was really good,” they came to the difficult conclusion that neither “was ‘the one’ for the other. It was very sad to let go of something that was so good on so many levels.” At the time, it seemed that there were no hard feelings or ill-will between the two. Inaba called him, “a fine gentleman,” saying, “I have never gone out with somebody that grounded, always ready to talk it out. I’m very happy for him and the success he’s having.”

Artem must have been pretty desperate at the time
Or maybe he missed his mother back in Russia?

Slept through the last half of the show! I see Peta and Vernon were eliminated.
I can hardly hear what Tyra is saying over the phony applause/cheering/laughter recordings.

Johnny landed in the bottom 2, Robin
I guess America isn't digging his girlyman act like the judges are
Did you see the outfit he had on last night? I assume he had a hand in its design
He needs to tamp down his flamboyant impulses IMO, but I don't think he has an off switch for those
For Johnny it is go fab, or go home
So I no longer consider him a real contender anymore
I have Kaitlyn and Justina as my top 2. I like Monica as well
And, yes, about Tyra. It's hard to hear her speaking sometimes over all the piped in noise, but she rarely says anything worth listening to anyway, so no big loss

First tough decision for the judges this season regarding the Bottom Two. The previous five they had to make were all pretty obvious
I'm disappointed they chose to boot Monica, but her jazz routine tonight was blah, so I guess I'm not surprised that they chose to keep Jeannie over her
Did anyone in America even see Jeannie's dance though? She was first up, and when I tuned a little after 8, ABC wa covering the vote in the Senate
Missed Justina too
Looks like Nev is back in the running. I thought he had peaked already, but nope. Perfect score

Missed most of it! I think my SAD (seasonal affective disorder) is kicking in early this year. Will try to pay more attention next week :)

The restrictions on our freedoms the past 6-7 months are giving us all a case of the SAD's, I think, Robin
This dumb virus and the response to it are driving us all nuts
Double elimination next week!
Then after that it is just two more weeks, I believe, and then end of season

Hi, Ache
Yeah, I am now afraid to go to the hairdresser for a trim! They finally got to me. And, I have to do a "virtual visit" with a doctor that has never met me in person to discuss treatment options regarding some abnormal labs. No one looks good on Zoom, lol
I am hoping for a short winter and a virus free spring (trying to be optimistic) :)
Regarding DWTS, they all seem meh to me, not sure who I am rooting for. I'll check in on Tuesday.

You can't be careful enough these days, it seems, Robin, but whatever you do, don't give in to the panic porn I know it's hard not to with mainstream media stoking fear and dread every day, but you must resist! If you don't, the "moonbats win" Resistance is definitely NOT futile:) Wear a mask, stay socially distant, and do everything you can to protect yourself against the virus But reject the porn! PS How an it possibly be that you don't look good on Zoom? I mean...look at that face!

Okay, enough already. I lied! I don't look anything like Goldie Hawn. Come to think of it, Goldie doesn't look anything like that anymore either :)

Geez, looks like "Laugh In" 1969!
Well, I managed to make it through DWTS last night. I was surprised that Chrishell got eliminated. I thought it would be Nelly or Skai.
Who knew AJ was such a druggie? And Cheryl too! That might explain the weight gain, some folks give up one thing and just find another.
Anyway, I am glad they are both doing well.
I don't understand Tyra's fashion choices. Is all that material and fluff really necessary, lol

Haha
Binge eating IS her addiction, isn't it?
So the weight gain is more a direct result of her addictive behavior, rather than an unintended side effect:)
But, yeah, it was shocking to find out Cheryl i an addict too. I assume it's alcohol, but who knows?
Sorry to see poor Jeannie go due to a medical emergency. She might not have survived the double elimination anyway, but I liked her. She deserved another week at least
I have no idea what goes into Tyra's wardrobe decisions, but you'd think a former model like her would have better fashion sense than she does
She looked like a lemon macaroon in that yellow dress last night

Homewrecker!
That's her new name, Robin
I haven't noticed anything unusual in the way she and Gleb interact with one another though, have you? Seems perfectly innocent to me
But maybe they hide it well

All eyes will be on Gleb and Homewrecker tomorrow night, Robin
The Argentine Tango is the sexiest ballroom dance, right? Wouldn't it be funny if that's what they end up performing?
If so, I predict it will be the most chaste AT ever performed in DWTS history
Pats are on MNF again, so I will mostly be watching them, but I will try to look in on the show frequently

They were eliminated last week
"News of the split comes just days after Savchenko and Stause were eliminated from DWTS. Stause herself has also spoken out to deny the rumors that she and her former pro partner have been having an affair".

Oops! Sorry, Robin! Geesh. I forgot that Homewrecker and the serial philanderer were bounced last week! My bad
Please disregard everything posted in my above message
Except for the part about the Patriots. I will be watching the game tonight:)
