Mueller said NOT exonerated, Yes on obstruction, probable collusion, opening a road to impeachment and then the troublesome wikileaks comments and probable lying on Muellers written questions (surprise). I don't know what investigation you were watching but Mueller all but said he's guilty of everything despite tRump tool Barrs limitations of what he could say. Pretty damning.
