Oh I don't know ... maybe the idea that he would be the point man for any collusion between the Liar-in-Chiefs admin and 'our greatest geo-political foe' ... or maybe it's because for the past 6 months the Angry Cheeto granted him access to every intel briefing while Flynn was hiding the fact that he was on the payroll of 'our greatest geo-political foe' ... or maybe Flynn is the just tip of the iceberg for all the Puttin Puppets installed when the Liar-in-Chief was sworn into office and he knows things ... or it could be that Flynn has damning evidence which shows that the Angry Cheeto and his cohorts are a bunch of treasonous asshats from the whacko wingnut party.

Odd words and phrases that can easily be construed to be evidence of criminal activity.
That's why it should be investigated.
Heck, you want Trump investigated for the mere act of talking to Russians which, as far as I know, isn't yet a crime.
If it something completely innocent then Podesta and his crew should welcome an investigation. Instead, investigators have been met with threats (including death threats,) loss of access to social media, and ridicule from the MSM. That right there tells us that someone is fearful of the truth getting out.
